GO/NG Judgment

A no-good judgment is made when a resistance greater than the high limit value Is detected.

A no-good judgment is made when the output current is cutout and a no-good Alarm signal is delivered. Ifno abnormal state is detected during the test time, a good judgment is made and a good signal is deliver.
